The Golden Guarantee
We want every Golden Era purchase to feel like something you'll reach for again and again.
From slow mornings to lake weekends and everything in between, our hope is that every piece becomes part of your favorite memories. If something isn't exactly what you hoped for, we'll do our best to make it right.
Returns
We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Stationery and paper goods
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked Final Sale
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to help.
Eligible apparel may be exchanged within 30 days, subject to inventory availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we'll gladly issue a refund once your return has been received and inspected.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of its status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@goldenneraarchive.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
